Q: What time is check-in?

A: Check-in starts at 1pm.

Q: What if I am arriving late?

A: We understand if you need to arrive later in the day. We do, however, politely ask you to call us and let us know if this is the case. See Contact Us section for contact information.

Q: Are your houses pet-friendly?

A: No, we do not allow pets in any of our Villas.

Q: Where is Punta Mita located?

A: Punta Mita is located just 25 miles north of Puerto Vallarta Airport

Q: What time is check-out?

A: Check-out time is 10am.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: If you would like to cancel your reservations more than 21 days in advance, there is only a 2% cancellation fee. If the cancellation is within 21 days of your booking, you are charged your 10% deposit. There is no refund on bookings within less than 72 hours.
